Dear Customers, if you would like to order the products, please follow the procedure as follow:-

親愛的顧客, 請依照以下程序購買貨品:-

1. Send e-mail to cypha@rocketmail.com / fill-in the form in   "Contact" page with the product specification (colour, size & qty.) and your contact no.

電郵至cypha@rocketmail.com / 或於此網站"Contact"頁面詳細列明產品規格(包括顏色, 尺寸及數量) 及聯絡電話。

2. Except any damage when checking, no refund or exchange once the order is confirmed by our return e-mail.

除於交收時檢查發現貨品損壞, 任何貨品於訂單確認後不接受退款或更換。

3. Place of Goods Pick-up (in Hong Kong Region): Any station of MTRC Kwun Tong Line (Please state if couier / speed post is requested and extra delivery charge to be involved)

貨品交收地點（只適用於香港地區）: 任何港鐵觀塘線沿站（如需使用速遞 / 快遞請於下訂單時註明, 並需收取附加費）。

4. Payment Method: Bank-in to the account as below:

付款方法：把貨款存入以下戶口：

5. E-mail the copy of bank transaction receipt to our e-mail.

電郵銀行收據到我們的電郵地址。

6. Show the bank receipt for identification when goods pick up.

保留收據正本，於貨品交收時出示。

For Oversea's Customers, since our prices are EXCLUDING delivery charge & VAL, an extra cost for postage in HK$30.00 for each product will be charged, please state your deivery address and contact no. clearly in your order, we will confirm the delivery schedule with you via. e-mail.

ONLY PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED FOR OVERSEA'S ORDER.
